SyntorakSyntorak
For UK cafés, pubs and venues · Live in days

Your venue and what’s on, in one place your customers can actually find.

A phone showing a venue's what's-on site at the centre, with arrows flowing in from a QR code on the bar, Google search, ChatGPT and Claude, WhatsApp shares, Facebook and Instagram bio links, and printed signage.

The QR code, the bio links, the Google and AI results all point at the same place. You keep the channels. We keep the site current.

June offer · ends 30 June
£89 to launch (was £149)
First three months of updates included.

Two real venue sites you can click

Both built and kept current the same way yours would be. Open them on your phone, that’s where most of your customers will see theirs.

Sennick, an independent café in Angmering, shown on a phone with its what's on this weekend section.
Café by day, bar and street food at weekends

Sennick

Coffee and cake by day, food vans on Friday and Saturday nights. One page that keeps up.

What you get

Everything to keep your venue findable

£89 to launch
June offer
One-off. We build your site, get it live and include the first three months of updates on whichever tier you pick. Offer ends 30 June.
£149
£89

One updated noticeboard

Your what's on, your photos, your opening hours, your map. One web address customers can actually find rather than scrolling Facebook hoping to spot tonight's food van.

We update it weekly

Send what's changing by WhatsApp or email. Anything by Wednesday 5pm is live before the weekend. No admin login, no fiddling with a builder, no time spent on your side.

QR code for anywhere

A printed QR code that links straight to your site. Stick it on the A-board, beer mats, business cards, a van, a menu. One scan to your latest events.

Found on Google and AI

Title tags, structured data and event schema so locals searching 'Sunday roast near me' or asking ChatGPT 'where's a pub quiz in {your town}' can actually find you.

Found by Google and AI

Built to be found, not just built

A site nobody can find is just an expensive business card. Yours is structured so search engines and AI assistants can read what your venue is, where it is and what’s on this week.

Found on Google for local searches

Your venue name, location, opening hours and events are wired into the page in the structured format Google uses to feature local results. Searches like 'Sunday roast in {your town}' or 'pub quiz tonight near me' can actually find you.

Typically appears as: a local-business snippet with your hours, phone and town.

Readable by ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini

When a local asks an AI assistant where to get food, a quiz or live music nearby, your site is structured so it can be quoted rather than skipped over in favour of a directory.

Typically appears as: a one-line recommendation naming your venue with a link.

Indexed in days, not months

Sitemap, robots, clean titles and the right tags are all in place from day one. We submit the site to Google and Bing as soon as it launches, so it shows up in days rather than sitting invisible for months.

No promise of top spot for every term. Just every right practice done from the off.

Tested with Google’s Rich Results Test and the schema.org validator. No top-spot promises, just the technical groundwork done correctly.

£89 to launch, then pick how often we update it

Every tier gets the same site, the same QR code and the same SEO. The only difference is how often we sit down and update it for you. Tell us your whole month in one go and pay less, or send changes every week.

What counts as a session?

A session can hold as many changes as you like. Send your whole month’s food vans in one WhatsApp, or the new band lineup, the swapped opening hours and a fresh photo all at once. Anything that replaces something already on the site is included. New sections or new pages are quoted separately and always agreed first, so there are no surprise bills.

One new or returning customer covers the month. On any tier. After that, every month is profit on top.

June offer: £89 one-off to launch (normally £149, ends 30 June). 3 months on your chosen tier included. Monthly billing starts in month 4. Cancel any time.

FAQ

Plain English answers

Question not on this list? Email us or WhatsApp us.

How do the updates work?
You send us what's changing by WhatsApp or email. This week's food van, Sunday's band, new opening hours, whatever it is. Anything that lands by Wednesday 5pm goes live before the weekend. No admin login, no fiddling with a builder, no time spent on your side.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly rolling, no contract, leave whenever. Your .co.uk domain stays in your name either way. Most venues stay because the site only stays useful if it stays current, but you are not locked in.
What if I send updates more often than my plan covers?
Each plan covers one update session at its cadence: a quarter, a month or a week. You can pack as many changes as you like into a single session. If you need an extra session on top, it is £5, or you can move up a tier. Most venues with weekly food vans, gigs or quizzes land on Keep It Current at £28.50 a month.
What if I want a redesign or a new page?
Updates cover swaps to what is already there: new events, a fresh photo in the same spot, changed opening hours, reworded text. New sections, new pages or a full redesign sit outside the monthly plan. We quote those separately and always agree the price first, so nothing lands on your bill by surprise.
Do I have to send you updates, or can you grab them from my Facebook?
Either works. If you would rather we watch your Facebook page and mirror new events onto the site, we can do that. Most venues find it easier to ping us by WhatsApp when something new comes in, but the auto-mirror option is on the table.
